Letter Z Unscramble & Alphabits Activity!

What a wonderful Monday! The students were back in great moods and ready to work hard! We did so many awesome activities! First we did our letter Z unscramble! They did such a good job unscrambling the words ZAP, ZIT, ZOO, ZEBRA, AND ZARIA!

After our Unscramble we did an alphabet activity using the cereal, Alphabits! The students loved using the cereal to write out words, as well as find the most of the letter they were assigned. They were great letter detectives and enjoyed the whole grain cereal as a treat afterwards.

The students then used tongs to find their letters and put them into a small cup. We worked on our letter recognition, as well as fine motor skills. They loved it!

Alphabits Everywhere!

Selma was so engaged that she leaned her whole body onto the table!

Note from your child’s teachers: Hello! Between the field trip, being at school daily, and Anna’s birthday celebrations, our classroom has felt more and more like a real family lately! We are enjoying the extra indoor free play due to the cold weather, as well as working very hard on our reading and math skills! Thanks for your support!
