Today during Reading Group we focused on sentence building again! We formed the sentence "We are going to recycle paper and glass." The Lions did an amazing job sounding out all the words and putting them in the correct order all on their own!

Train Show & Tell 

This week we are focusing on music and instruments! Our writing assignment was "My favorite song is..." The students did a great job thinking of a song they like and writing about it! 

We have been seeing tons of growth in Reading Group. The Lions are doing a wonderful job identifying their sight words and using their sight words to build sentences. This week we put two sentences together and including a corresponding illustration.
