An Extremely Fun Friday!

 On Friday mornings, we work on a new page in Our Sight Word Books. Today we worked with the sight word LOVE. Each child wrote the word once, put it into a sentence, and drew a coordinating picture! Check out their hard work below! These books will be sent home at the end of the school year!

 

 

We had a really wonderful time playing outside today after doing Yoga. The students love the warm weather and sunshine!

Painting, Scrapbooking, Show & Tell, and Gardening!

On Wednesday, June 18th, we painted turtles with our water color paints! They are displayed in the middle of our classroom!

 

 

Instead of creating a class book this week, we decided to start our Summer Scrapbooks. Every Wednesday following painting, we will work on a few pages of our scrapbooks so each student can bring theirs home at the end of the school year! So far they are very adorable!

 

On Thursday, June 19th, we did our letter T and/or color white show and tell! Check our the great items our friends shared with others this week!

The Baby Bobcats planted some seeds and created beautiful seedlings. They asked that the Lions help out and bring them to the community garden at Eckhart Park and plant them! The student's worked so hard in the garden on this hot summer day!
