The Skin We're In!!

The children have been extra busy learning all about the body for over a month now!! This month we are focusing on exploring our skin and identifying the similarities and differences with the different types of skins in our classroom! We are also learning about the importance of our skin and why it's crucial that we take care of it. Along with this, we are learning about our bones, muscles and organs!

We used paint swatches to find our skin colors and compared it amongst ourselves!



















Learning about the strongest muscle in our body; the heart!










We traced Mac's body and drew out all the bones that are found inside of him!


I don't think the children will ever forget that we have 206 bones in our bodies!
