Lots of Building!

The theme this month is "Building!" We have been having great discussions about various architectural structures and different building materials. We explored our classroom to find different materials that we could use to start building ourselves! Yesterday we used our brick blocks and our shapes. The children learned that you can build many things, no matter what the size of the material!
Anna, Addison and Elia had such a great time building a castle. They had even more fun knocking it over and rebuilding it.

















Maya was also building her own version of a castle using our shapes!












I love that Gracie incorporated patterns into her building! :)
